Industrial Grade Flexo Printing Press has direct drive feeder that inserts sheet without crushing or marking and allows for the correction of the sheet edge position - ensuring that the first colour is correctly positioned. The Press has the feature that lateral joggers at the feeder with blower for improved insertion of micro flute and folding cartons low sheet drop prevents damage and an electrostatic device with suction eliminates dust at the sheet introduction. The Press has motorized correction of skew and print length, controlled directly from the control panel touch-screen. The Press ensures that the printing press is driven by several independent motors, feeder and vacuum transport, each printing unit separately and an electronic control synchronizes all the motors. The Press has the feature that it is equipped with quick anilox roll changeover and a movable carriage and a lifting device enable roll changeover within a few minutes. The Press is designed with sheet ejector that enables the operator to remove one or more sheets to visually check quality. The Industrial Grade Flexo Printing Press allows for the delivery of piles of printed sheets up to 2`150 mm in height, and also features automatic changeover of the pile and a non-stop system.
